We recently became aware of a technical issue that affected some
Tap-to-pay transactions
(including Apple Pay and contactless cards).
While payments were approved at the time of purchase, a small number of transactions were delayed and processed later than expected. Now that the issue has been resolved, Apple Pay may finalize multiple past transactions at once. This can sometimes appear as a single larger charge on your statement instead of separate smaller charges. These charges reflect valid purchases from previous visits.
We truly apologize for any confusion or inconvenience it may have caused. Please take a moment to review your statement.
